I’m the biggest chai perfectionist omg. Too much condensed milk, RUINED. Too much elaichi, RUINED. You can never put enough sugar an I put 3 tea bags in my one cup haha. I like it strong. I need a bigger mug.

3 black tea bags, 3 cardamom, 3 spoons of sugar and then evaporated milk until its a creamy medium brown color. Sometimes some condensed milk if I want it sweeter. :) Sooo yummy.

I make so much milk but my boobs only produce about half an ounce total when pumping. I know i still have milk in there and i know i make a lot of it. And i need to be able to pump…getting really frustrated…
Hand expressing works better than a pump sometimes
I have never ever been able to get anything but a few ounces even when I pump for hours.. I know I have lots of milk cus my kid has lived off it for almost 10 months though so I know I’m good! When I put a warm compress on my boobs before I pump it helps me get a little more, a little faster.
